Shipping costs and information:

We ship our products to the countries listed below.
Depending on the size of your order, shipping is handled by DHL, UPS or DPD.
We will pay the respective shipping costs for parcels within the EU.
If you would like us to ship to another country, please send us an e-mail (hello@veyia.com) before placing your order and tell us the item, quantity, size and delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code.
We will then let you know whether we can also ship to your preferred country as soon as possible and - if delivery to the requested location is possible - tell you the shipping costs, as we have to check the shipping option and costs with our shipping partner in advance.

Shipping outside Germany:

We ship to all countries of the European Union:

We offer the following payment options for deliveries within Germany and the European Union, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

Credit Card:

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Payment via SOFORT bank transfer:

You pay securely and conveniently with your usual online banking data (PIN/TAN) without registration - from now on in the new Klarna design. The merchant receives a real-time confirmation after the transfer is completed. This allows him to ship stock and digital goods immediately - you will receive your purchases faster.

Payment via PayPal:

Choose "PayPal" as payment method at the checkout.
To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.

If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal the creation of a PayPal account is not necessary.

Payment via ApplePay:

You can use Apple Pay for your purchase. For this purpose, the payment must be confirmed via "Apple Pay" on a supported Apple device in compliance with the verification steps. Payment via GooglePay:

You can use Google Pay for your purchase. For this, you must confirm the payment via the "Google Pay" app on a supported device while complying with the verification steps. In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. The payment is made to Klarna in each instance:

Invoice:

The payment period is 14 days from the date of dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. Installment purchase:

With the financing service of Klarna you can pay your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR) or under the conditions otherwise specified in checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. Immediately:

Your account will be debited immediately after you submit your order.

Direct Debit:

The debit will take place after the goods have been shipped. The time will be communicated to you by e-mail.
The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this case, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit assessment in the context of your purchase and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check.
